WILL MY FIREARM ORDER SHIP TO MY HOME?

By federal law, all firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder. Firearms WILL NOT be shipped to a customer’s residence. We can ship to the FFL of your choosing that is near you. Select an FFL from our available list during checkout, or have your chosen FFL provide us with the license, referencing your name and order number, after purchasing.

HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Processing times prior to shipment of firearm orders are normally one to three business days providing the FFL information for your purchase is provided to us. Non-firearm orders normally process for shipment within one to three business days after we receive your payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing times are separate from actual shipping times.

If we are shipping you a firearm, we MUST have a valid copy of your dealer’s FFL (Federal Firearms License) BEFORE we can ship your gun. PLEASE NOTE: In times of high order volume these processing times may increase.

How To Buy Firearms Online

When you check out your online firearms purchase, you will be asked to fill in your full name and shipping address. You will also be asked your PAL number, PAL expiry date, and birth date. Restricted firearms will require the name of your city/town of birth and gun club.

You can provide the name of the club you belong to, or the one you intend to join. If it is a non-restricted firearm, we will confirm your PAL as valid and ship to you via either USA Post or any were you require.

An email with tracking is sent to you once the order is ready on our shipping dock.

If it is a restricted firearm, we will submit the electronic transfer request through the RCMP, and then wait to get the approval from your Provincial CFO. Depending on the province this can take from 2-24 days. We take care of the approval process, and you are not required to do anything. Once we have the approval, we will ship and provide tracking.

If you are not home at the delivery time, a USA Post or Canpar tag will be left, and you can pick up at your local post office or Canpar depot.

You do not need to apply for an ATT to bring your delivered package home.

I ordered a restricted firearm does it take any longer to ship?

Yes. Restricted firearms must be registered, and the ownership transfer can take several weeks and is processed by the RCMP. Accordingly, transfer times may vary. If there is an issue with your transfer, you may be contacted by the CFO of your province, or us.

Can I cancel or return the order?

Yes, you may with the exception of all firearms and ammunition which are non-returnable.

Other goods purchased in store, may be returned within 7 days from the purchased day with a receipt and in its original packaging.

Once an order has been shipped, the order can no longer can be cancelled, but we do accept returns. Simply ship the item back, and contact our customer service at info@theofficialghostglockcity.com with your name, contact number, and the order invoice number, we will be happily to assist you with your refund.
